Exchange & Return Policy

At Little King, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

●       You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product

●       The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, baby clothing items cannot be returned once worn or washed.

2. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

●       Used or washed items

●       Items without original packaging/tags

●       Sale or discounted products (except damaged/defective items)

4. Refund Method

If your return is approved, you can choose:

●       Refund to bank account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

●       Exchange product of equal value

●       Store credit

Refunds are issued within 5–10 working days after inspection.

2. Share your order number + pictures of the issue
3. Our team will review and approve the return
4. The courier will collect the product, or you may ship it back
5. Refund or replacement will be processed

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
